Return Policy

All shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

  • We accept returns within 10 days of receiving the shipment. You have to inform our customer service team and report the issue from your “My Account” Section.
  • All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the product. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns. Kindly contact our customer service team to take the address where you have to return the shipment.
  • Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other issue should be reported to us within 10 days of the receipt of the product.

Points to remember:

  • The product should be unused.
  • Please ensure that the product is in original packing along with the invoice.
  • When you have shipped the product back please share the AWB Number given to you by the courier. You must use a trackable courier to return the product. For some categories the product would be picked up by the merchant courier, you just have to report the issue to our customer service team.
  • Refund process will be initiated once the seller has received the product(s)
  • We will refund the money the way payment was made.
  • We will refund the purchase amount along with the shipping cost bourne by you. You will have to provide us with the proof of shipping cost.

Item received in damaged condition or manufacturing defect or wrong item: If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.

Cancellation and refund requests for products under manufacturer warranty are not entertained. Only in case of damaged delivery or wrong product delivery refund and cancellation requests will be taken.

  • If you want a replacement then we will ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you.
  • If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.

 

Please note:

We will not refund the customs duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

At any point the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods plus the shipping cost incurred for returning the product.

 

Returns Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below

The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

1.      Medicine (Allopathy & Homeopathy)  - Not Refund  ( Under Brand)

2.      If Buyer Get Damage product  - Seller Will  be Replace  the Product

3.      If Buyer  want Refund  Seller Should be Deducted  Fright charges after refund Amount to The buyer .

4.      All  Manufacture Brands Under Warranty – Any Problem Go to the Brand Service center With Bill Invoice .

 

2. Selling/Advertising
As a registered member, You may list item/s for sale/advertising on the Website in accordance with the Listing Policies more fully detailed at Faverdeal.com under General Policies and Rules//faverdeal.com/policies-and-rules.html which Policy is incorporated by way of reference in this Agreement. You represent that You are legally allowed to sell/advertise the item(s) You list for sale/advertising on Faverdeal.com. You further agree to ensure that the products sold/advertised by You through Faverdeal.com are genuine and are not counterfeit or stolen/ spurious /grey channel or knock off items. You further agree to ensure that the items/products listed by You on Faverdeal.com do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of any third parties.

You acknowledge and understand that "Listings" may include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe Your item for sale. You shall be deemed to be infringing the intellectual property rights of a third party if You are (i) affixing a registered trademark (or an identical or similar trademark likely to confuse the public to have an association with the registered trademark) of such third party to Your goods or its packaging; (ii) offering or putting for sale or stocking the goods under the said trademark; or (iii) using the said trademark in advertising Your product.

You acknowledge that if any genuine claim is received by Faverdeal.com from any person through the Report Abuse section of Faverdeal.com (terms of which are incorporated herein by reference), Faverdeal.com may in its sole discretion block Your merchant/user account and/or remove the products listed by You on Faverdeal.com, without any prior notice to You. Faverdeal.com would however provide You a post facto intimation regarding the same. You agree that You shall have no claim whatsoever against Faverdeal.com in this regard and the decision of Faverdeal.com, as aforesaid shall be binding on You.

You further agree to ensure that the listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe actual present condition of the product. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the Website. All listed items must be kept in stock for successful fulfillment of sales. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, You agree to replace the product delivered to the Buyer with the correct product and/or refund any amounts that You may have received from the Buyer within 10 days of receipt of intimation from us in this regard. You agree not to list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the Website. Faverdeal.com reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by You in various categories.
